This is the gentlest shampoo that I can find on the market - free of additives and harsh cleansing agents. Also it is not oily, so my hair has more body and volume after I wash it. My hair stays cleaner longer with this shampoo than with Avalon Organics, which is also a gentle shampoo. People who want a shampoo that strips oil more should choose another product in the Burt's Bees line. Love the smell, too.
I was very happy with this product. I use this in conjunction with the conditioner, and I love it. I have unruly, curly hair that tends to get very frizzy and flat at the top. Since using this, my hair not only has volume but smells fabulous, too! I must admit, the scent is what drew me in - it is absolutely delicious!
augh, this kinks my hair and I always had to rewash it with something else. and I do not use anything with silicone in them. this is just downright disagreeable with my hair
I purchased my Burt's Shampoo at Walgreen's and I was very pleased with the product except for one thing. I dried my hair a little so make sure you use the comditioner as well. My hair was clean and smelled great. I will probably use this again. Try it you might like it!
