Burt's Bees Baby Bee Apricot Baby Oil Reviews

Great Stuff

Pros: Hydrates well

Cons: Glass bottle

I've used this  product several times.  I really like the way it leaves my skin silky and soft.  I use it mostly in the winter when the heater really drys my skin out.  It only takes a small amount to rub into skin.I don't like the glass bottle in the bathroom but do like the recycle aspect of it.  You just have to be really careful with it.I would recommentd this product for anyone with super itchy dry skin.

Repeat Customer

Pros: All natural, smells amazing

I was given this as a gift for my newborn and I've been a repeat customer ever since. My daughters dry skin was immediately relieved and she smells so good I could just eat her!

Love this!

Pros: love the smell and softness

I have been using this since my son was about 2 months old. He loved getting massaged with this oil after his baths. We still use it now and he's 9 months old. I didn't realized the "fragrance" part wasn't good, as the other commenter wrote. But i will continue to use this product, i really love the way it smells and it leaves his skin super smooth.

Wonderful for the Skin & Smells Great Too!

Pros: Keeps Baby (& my) skin soft & supple, smells great, a little bit goes a long way

I use this product every day on my 14 mo. old daughter ... and myself.  A little bit goes a long way and it makes your skin feel soft and supple.  It also has a light, pleasent scent.  It's also great to add a few drops to your baby's bath water.

Almost perfect

Pros: Smells great, feels good, moisturizes well

Cons: Added fragrence (which leads to the low skin deep score)

Up until just now, checking the skin deep database, I loved this stuff. I think mineral oil, the traditional base of baby oils, isn't very healthy for humans. Apricot oil makes a great base. This oil smells nice, soothes the skin, it's almost perfect...but in the 2% of unnatural ingredients lurks the mysterious "fragrance." I couldn't list ingredients on the specs, because several places on line listed them differently. There are two entries on Skin Deep with differing ingredients, something else on the BB website, and yet another set of ingredients on drugstore.com. Not sure what to think of that!
