USDA Organic. The original oatmeal or porridge of ancient Scotland. Oatmeal originated in Scotland centuries ago and was different from our modern rolled oats. A coarse meal was produced by slowly grinding the kernel between two large millstones. Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeal is produced in the same old-fashioned way and contains all the health-giving nutrients of the best quality oats from which it was ground - the germ, the oil and the fiber. Certified Organic by QAI. You can see our quality.

User Reviews: Bob's Red Mill Organic Oatmeal
Cons: need a bigger bag it goes fast
Bob's Red Mill is a Mom and Pop Comapny in Oregon that makes amazing products that I use in cooking
a lot and this product is not any different. I use it in cookies and fro breakfast. I tis really amazign stuff. It is hard to find a oatmeal that has a good "bod"y becasue of the instant oatmeal craze that takes all the good parts out ( plus we feel the need to feed the good parts to our hogs). Anyway this products is really excellent. I really reccomend it and for young college/single/senior/ folks it is a nice small bag that will not go stale really fast :)
