Pros: Don't taste too bad, natural and homeopathic
Cons: Container tends to open if you toss it in a bag, don't seem to do a lot for big time stress
I really hoped these Bach Rescue Pastilles would work for me. As a kid, I took flower essences and my mom definitely put Bach's Rescue Remedy cream on cuts and scrapes. But these pastilles just aren't doing much for me at the moment. I suppose the case does say they're "for relief of occasional stress." If you have a bad day...pop a pastille. It might help! Unfortunately, at the moment, I guess I have a bit more than "occasional stress" so perhaps that's what's going on here.
Other than that, the pastilles themselves don't taste too bad (I have the original kind, not the black currant kind). They're not quite hard candies and they're not quite gummies. They're sort of in between (but a little closer to the gummy side). They do stick in your teeth a bit, but it's not terrible. My other issue is the container. At first I thought it was quite cool. It's a little tin that opens when you push the center of the lid. Then you press on the sides of the lid for them to snap closed. Cool, right? Well...it's cool if you just have the container sitting on your desk. Just take note that if you toss the tin into a messenger bag with lots of other stuff bouncing around, you might end up with a lot of lint covered pastilles.
