Arrowhead Mills Pancake & Waffle Mix Reviews

These are great. although I tried to make some with whole blueberries and that didn't work out so great. next time I will use cooked blueberries and try again :)

Maybe after decades of eating regular pancakes it is hard to make a change but I made this for my teenage son and husband and no one would eat it. They tried it but found it inedible so I had to throw it all out. I felt the same way. Too grainy, too dark.Not light and fluffy like good ol' bad for you white flour.

 I prefer to make pancakes from scratch, but in a pinch or if you're short on time this is a good alternative.  I like my scratch recipe because I use buckwheat or some whole wheat flour to get more fiber.  I'd like to see a higher fiber content.
