I've never had any problems working with ZAP.  That article seems to be biased to me.  See the interview with Gary Starr on this website and call him and talk to him if you want.  I have.

Electric is what I would rather drive and what I DO drive now.
Are they saying Toyota won't have a competing product to the Volt?  They already do, just not in the USA yet.
When will the point arrive that we realize we are throwing good money after bad?  I like economic stimulus if it comes in the form of incentives for electric car purchases and job creation.  Use a carrot, not a stick.
I love my Xebra too, but I only have 4180 miles.  Some people think I'm nuts and vice versa.  I would ask what single individual has put more EVs on the road than Gary Starr?
